Growth Bastards
An agency for humble, disenchanted, but brilliant founders.
Growth Bastards was built for companies with growth problems the usual agency playbook couldn't solve. A 9-person team combined behavioral psychology, statistical modeling, creative strategy, performance marketing, and a healthy disregard for conventional wisdom. It was what happened when gonzo marketing, machine learning, and bourbon were left alone in a room with a revenue problem.

Launch to $1.8M
in sixteen months.
Creative experiments paired with high-quality photography to find a scalable audience, then ongoing statistical analysis to hold that scale as spend grew. Customer engagement was earned, not bought — including an HTML5 game delivered as three levels across three emails, which paid for itself.

Bayesian Statistical Platform
Real-time ad management analysis — spend decisions made on posterior probability rather than last-click folklore.
02
Dual-Engine Compliance Engine
A 43,000-line platform running dual-pass regulatory review of financial marketing copy — legal reasoning paired with cryptographic verification, cutting review cost and turnaround time.
03
Rev-Op Search Bot
Twin-engine, multi-API intelligence built on Exa and Claude — surfaces funded companies and founders signaling purchase intent, pain, hiring demand, or growth before competitors find them.
04
JobBot 2.0
Autonomous application system that classifies marketing roles, completes applications through a browser agent, and self-resets after every submission for unattended high-volume runs.
05
Atma Council
Multi-agent reasoning framework — five independent models debate a problem blind, then a dialectical synthesis engine resolves the disagreements into conclusions none of them reached alone.
06
Boswell Engine
A thirteen-stage reinvention of ABM — filters the list, builds evidence-based psychological and linguistic profiles from public data, and writes to each buyer's decision style in the sender's voice. boswell.atma.marketing
07
Assumption Annihilator
A tactical web application for founders — extracts, prioritizes, and scientifically tests business assumptions using Bayesian math and PID control logic.

Zero to a Million
the hardest part of marketing
Behavioral science figured out how people actually decide forty years ago. Marketing never got the memo. This book is about the gap between the two, because that gap is where most startups quietly die.

Vice & Variance
marketing undressed
Marketing science for the stretch between zero and a million — because best practices were written for companies that already made it. The autopsies get published.
